Congratulations to Brendan Donnelly! He celebrates his 20th anniversary at the Appraisal Institute this year.

Brendan:  Before being officially hired by the Appraisal Institute I worked for two years as a full time temporary employee so I’ve actually been working for the Appraisal Institute for about 22 years. I was initially hired to work as a paralegal in the Ethics and Counseling Department. I’m now Senior Manager, Enforcement, and I am fortunate to work on a wide range of projects.

Brendan:  Because much of the work I do is confidential I can’t get into specifics, but generally speaking I would say all of the time and effort that I have put in and the contributions I have made towards ensuring that peer review and other sensitive matters are handled in a fair and just manner.

Brendan:  I would have to say my co-workers and Appraisal Institute members. I have been lucky with the people I work with, who have helped me throughout the years to do my job in serving our membership and in my current position, helping our chapters.

The numerous dedicated members and coworkers I have had the pleasure of working with over the years. Also, the belief that my work is helping to promote a worthy profession and protect the public.
