Celebrating 15 Years of Service: Fran Rosenstein
Congratulations to Fran Rosenstein! She celebrates her 15th anniversary at the Appraisal Institute this year.

What positions have you held at the Appraisal Institute?
Fran: I have always worked in the Education Department, first as Supervisor, Seminars and now as Manager, Continuing Education.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
Fran: Working at the Appraisal Institute has given me so many great opportunities. I am proud of the Conservation Easements Certificate Program because it was the first time I had worked with other organizations so closely to develop a seminar.
What do you enjoy most about working for the Appraisal Institute?
Fran: I would have to say my co-workers and Appraisal Institute members. I have been lucky with the people I work with, who have helped me throughout the years to do my job in serving our membership and in my current position, helping our chapters.
There are many things I most enjoy working for the Appraisal Institute: the never ending variety of interesting topics and the great co-workers!
Do you have a "fondest AI memory"? If so, please share.
Fran: I don’t have one "fondest AI memory", but I have always appreciated how well the staff works together for a common goal . . . that has created lots of good memories.
