The Appraisal Institute expressed its sincere condolences to the family of Edward W. Adams, SRA, of Santa Fe, N.M. Adams passed away Sept. 26 at the age of 61.

Adams was serving on the Appraisal Institute Board of Directors and as the Region VIII vice chair. He also served on AI’s Finance Committee and several project teams, and held several positions with the Rio Grande Chapter, including president in 2005.

Adams is survived by daughter Rachel Dalthorp of Minnesota and son Christopher Shaw of Wisconsin, and sisters Carol Hoffman of Arizona and Connie Langren of Wisconsin.
