AI Continuing Education Program

The Appraisal Institute offers both classroom and online programs that meet Appraisal Institute continuing education (CE) requirements. Our classroom education programs are offered across the U.S. and our online education programs begin on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Please Note: The Appraisal Institute does not track your state continuing education requirements, so to learn more about maintaining your continuing education requirements for your state certification or license please contact your state regulatory agency and find Appraisal Institute programs that are approved in your state.

Practicing Designated Member AI CE Requirements

During each 5-Year Cycle the following is required:

Note: *Candidates who practice solely outside the United States may take the Introduction to International Valuation Standards Overview course instead of the USPAP course.

**Practicing Designated members who are 500-Points Recommended status are not required to complete the 500-Points of Continuing Education per cycle but are strongly encouraged to do so.
