The Appraisal Institute recognizes contributions to the Institute, profession and the public interest.

Nominations for the Appraisal Institute’s 2014 Awards Program are now being accepted. The deadline for submission is May 30, 2014.

Lifetime Achievement (click here to access the form): The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual that demonstrates high ethical standards; volunteered several years of service and contribution to the Appraisal Institute on the chapter, regional, national and/or international level; service to his or her community; and contributed to the appraisal profession for a minimum of 20 years.

Outstanding Service (click here to access the form): The Outstanding Service Award is presented to an individual that has contributed ideas, service hours and dedication to ensure a specific program or effort is implemented at either the chapter, region, national and/or international level. This member must be instrumental in the success of the program or effort, which must also be far enough along to measure and provide proof of success. Additionally, the program or effort must be beneficial to chapters, regions, national, international, members or the profession.

*Awards will be announced during the Appraisal Institute Annual Meeting to be held in August 2014. Recipients are encouraged to attend, however, funding is not available to subsidize their attendance. Contact Michael Bilas (mbilas@appraisalinstitute.org) with questions.
