Official start date of the program is when the online session begins. It is mandatory that this session be completed. The first two hours introduce you to and prepare you for the traditional classroom sessions that follow. If it is not completed, you will not receive credit for or pass the course.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES - (Advanced Education)
Official FIRST day of course - August 14, 2013 (online session begins 28 days BEFORE the classroom session begins)
Last day to register for & submit the Diagnostic Test*** August 21, 2013 (21 days BEFORE the classroom session begins)
Last day to receive a "PASS" confirmation on Diagnostic Test - August 28, 2013 (14 days BEFORE the classroom session begins)
Last day to register for the course - August 28, 2013 (14 days BEFORE the classroom session begins)
Last day to cancel registration with full refund August 27, 2013
Last day to cancel registration with $150 cancellation fee - August 28, 2013
Last day to cancel registration with ZERO -0- refund - September 4, 2013
Last day to complete online session - September 4, 2013 (7 days BEFORE the classroom session begins)

Attendance Policy:
The Appraisal Institute issues certificates for state certification/licensing or state continuing education credit that verify successful completion and attendance of 100% with your grade notification letter. Please note, if Appraisal Institute attendance records indicate attendance of less than 100%, the student certificate will reflect this and state agencies may refuse to award credit.
Program Material Policy Beginning four weeks before the course start date, program materials will be shipped to the student. Standard ground shipping is INCLUDED in the tuition price.
Disclaimer Information: CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
This course is approved for forty (40) hours of Appraisal Institute continuing education credit. Please check with your state board for state approval information.
CANCELLATIONS
This confirmation will serve as your receipt. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your e-mail requests to: maribellec@aol.com or fax: 651.633.5956.
Please remember, if you cancel there is an additional $25 material charge from the national office. You do not return course materials any longer.
OTHER INFORMATION
If you have a disability and require accommodation, please notify the national office at least two weeks in advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodation. The Appraisal Institute reserves the rights to cancel, limit, or reschedule the seminar and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
