Please be advised that each student must have the "Applications in Litigation Valuation: A Pragmatist's Guide" textbook.
If you do not have the textbook, please choose the “Register + Book” option when registering for this seminar. The book will then be shipped with your regular students materials.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A LIMITED block of guest rooms has been reserved for August 21-24, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency Savannah, 2 W. Best Street, Savannah, GA 31401. The group room rate is $144 (single and double occupancy) exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 13% sales tax and a $1 City of Savannah fee per night).
The “cut-off-date” to make your reservations under our group name, is July 22, 2013. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

August 22, 2013, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Classroom Instruction
Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be served and is included in the tuition.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
To receive credit, 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early; if they are late or leave early, they will not receive credit. The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board requires 100% attendance of the classroom time. Partial credit is not awarded.
GEORGIA CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL:
The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board has approved this seminar for 7 hours of continuing education.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:
