Location is the Tulsa Square Hotel in Tulsa, OK. The hotel is in an area with several other hotels, if you prefer, and restaurants within walking distance. The website is http://www.tulsasquarehotel.com/ and students may receive a room for $69 upon request. Registration will begin at 8:00 am on Oct 23 and the course promptly at 8:30am. The instructor will determine the remaining schedule based on breaks, including the exam on the final afternoon. A discount will be offered to students that choose to register in Real Estate Finance and Statistics in OKC (Feb 2013), Residential Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use in Joplin (April 2013) or the Part II Advanced Residential Course offered in conjunction with this Part I. $50 credit towards each additional course will be credited at registration by contacting Susan Lamkin, Chapter Executive Director at 918-832-9008 or susan@gccai.org.
