PROGRAM MATERIAL POLICY
Program material will be shipped directly to the student within four (4) weeks of a class start date. If you do not receive your materials within 8 days before the offering date, please contact the chapter office at 702-838-8489. If materials are available and you register less than 8 days prior to class, there will be an additional $25 shipping fee and you will receive the course materials at class.

Spreadsheet program: Excel 2007 (participants can use other spreadsheet programs, but those programs won’t be supported in class; demonstrations will be done in Excel)
You must be familiar with basic Excel and calculator operation when the course begins. Answers to problems in course material are shown using Excel and the HP-12C. Do not come to class expecting to be taught how to use Excel or a financial calculator.

The Advanced Concepts & Case Studies course is approved for 38 (thirty-eight) hours of pre-licensing education credit by the Nevada Commission of Appraisers - Approval Number CE.0008418-A. Students must take and pass the examination to receive Nevada pre-licensing credit. Members of the institute will receive 37.0 attendance hours and 3.0 exam hour(s) of Appraisal Institute credit for this offering.
