REQUIRED DIAGNOSTIC TEST: The diagnostic test must be passed before students can register for this advanced education course. We recommend that students take the test at least 21 days before the classroom session of the course begins. Follow this link to take the free test: http://www.appraisalinstitute.org/education/AETEST.aspx. Test results will be e-mailed to participants within 7 BUSINESS days from the day the test was submitted.

COURSE SCHEDULE & DEADLINE DATES:
Prior to the first day of class, a separate 2-hour online session is required. The online session is available 28 days (9/29/14) before the classroom session begins. The online session ends 7 days (10/20/14) before the classroom session begins.

Last day to register for the class.
Last day to receive a "pass" confirmation on diagnostic test
October 13-19, 2014
Last days to cancel registration with $150 cancel fee.
October 20, 2014
Last day to cancel registration with $0 refund.
Last day to complete 2-hour online session.
Materials will be sent directly to your mailing address via UPS within four (4) weeks of the event, unless it is 10 business days or less until the event.
Please do not forget to bring them with you to class!!

The Appraisal Institute requires full attendance (100%) at the course. If the attendance roster reflects less than 100%, it could/will show up on the roster submission to the states.
Course materials and breaks
The Virginia Commonwealth Chapter enforces the attendance requirements as mandated by the State of Virginia and the AQB. There is a 100% attendance policy, if you are late, you will not receive credit. If you are late the first day of the course, you may stay in class but you will not receive credit.
