About the Editor David C. Lennhoff, MAI, SRA, is president of PGH Consulting, LLC. He has been closely involved with the topic of this book since serving as a member of the Appraisal Institute’s Study Group on Business Enterprise Value in 1997-1998. He was a development team member, chief reviewer, and frequent instructor of the original Appraisal Institute Course 800, Separating Real and Personal Property from Intangible Business Assets, and editor of the first edition of A Business Enterprise Value Anthology. Mr. Lennhoff continues to teach regularly for the Appraisal Institute and has been a frequent contributor to The Appraisal Journal since 1982.
