This course is designed to familiarize current and potential members with the obligations of a professional appraiser.

This class contains several online examinations (quizzes) throughout that meet the Appraisal Institute's cycle requirements for associate and designated members as specified in Regulations Nos. 1, 2 and 10. All associate members (Residential & General) and Designated Members are required to take Business Practices & Ethics.

Module 3: Assignments
Module 4: Process Improvement
Module 5: Code of Professional Ethics, Certification Standard, and Guide Notes of the Appraisal Institute
Module 6: The Appraisal Institute's Enforcement Process
