Description
This seminar is one in the series titled "Spotlight on USPAP," developed by Stephanie Coleman, MAI, SRA, and Jan Young, MAI, of the Appraisal Institute's Professional Practice Department. "Common Errors and Issues" addresses problem areas that often are observed in appraisal reports submitted to the Appraisal Institute for admission and ethics screening.

• Review the characteristics of convincing appraisal reports.

The Appraisal Institute enforces 100% attendance requirements in addition to attendance requirements mandated by state licensing and certification regulatory agencies.

ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION NOTICE All enrollment cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax 813-935-4332 or email wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com. A confirmation of your cancellation will be e-mailed once it is processed by the Chapter office. See course details regarding cancellation fees. If your course materials are already shipped to you, a UPS call tag will be sent for the return of the materials. Once the materials are received, then, any appropriate refund on your credit card will be issued.
Program materials will be picked up at the site.

Directions - From I-75, take I-4 West to I-275 South to Exit 41B, Dale Mabry Highway (Northbound). Hotel is two miles north on the left just past Raymond James Stadium and is located behind the Sam Seltzer Steakhouse. From St. Pete - take I-275 North to Dale Mabry, Exit 41A and proceed north to hotel on left. The seminar will be in the "Tampa Palms Room" located just off the lobby.

This seminar is approved for 3 hours of Continuing Education credit with the state of Florida (ACE 0008400) and 2 hours for Appraisal Institute CE.
