What happens when your clients needs something more than an estimate of value? Clients are becoming increasingly sophisticated and demanding services that go beyond traditional valuation. Are you equipped to provide this new level of professional counsel? Recent changes to USPAP give appraisers greater flexibility in resolving client problems than anytime in the past.
