Description
The seminar will begin with a discussion of the changes in the appraisal industry and how appraisers are adapting to the changes. It will follow with a presentation of the techniques and tools used today to solve the appraisal problems and prepare and deliver the appraisal report. Appraisers will be given a road map to help them adjust their practices to meet the challenges ahead. Technology as it impacts appraisal production and problem solving will be showcased with illustrations to provide first hand knowledge of what the appraisers can do to improve the quality of their appraisals. A number of tools available on the internet will also be presented to help the appraisers improve their use of modern up-to-date information resources.

Cancellation Policy
Up To 20 days prior to program start date, refund in full.
7 - 19 days prior to program start date, $40.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
Transfer Policy
Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $30.00 transfer fee.
7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 transfer fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, no transfer allowed.
Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualifications Board minimum criteria requirements. A “classroom hour” is defined as 50 minutes out of each 60-minute segment. A 10-minute break per hour is allowed and a student would still meet the 100% attendance requirement. Students should not be late or leave early; if they are late or leave early, they will not receive credit.
ADA Policy: If you have a disability and may require special accommodation, please notify us in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodation. Other Information: We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the course and to change faculty assignments and locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION NOTICE All enrollment cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax 813-935-4332 or email wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com. A confirmation of your cancellation will be e-mailed once it is processed by the Chapter office. See details regarding cancellation fees. If your seminar materials are already shipped to you, a UPS call tag will be sent for the return of the materials. Once the materials are received, then, any appropriate refund on your credit card will be issued.
Program materials will be picked up at the site.

Seminar Location: Rusty Pelican Restaurant, 2425 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 (Phone: 813-289-3782).
Directions: From I-75: Take I-4 west towards Tampa to I-275 South. Take the exit for Clearwater/Route 60/Veterans Expressway. Follow signs for Clearwater/Route 60 West passing by the airport. Once on Route 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway), proceed to the 2nd traffic light and make a left on Rocky Point Drive (you will see the Shriner's Building at the intersection. The Rusty Pelican is located at the end on the left. From I-275 North: Take the Veterans Expressway/ Clearwater/60 West exit and proceed to Route 60 West and proceed to Rusty Pelican as directed above.
Continuing Education Credit: Appraisal Institute - 3 hours; Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board - 3 hours pending.
Student Rosters:
Students that do not wish to have their name, address, phone number and email address published to other students in the class must notify the Chapter five (5) days prior to the beginning of the course.
