Seminar Materials and Hours
Onsite check-in will begin at 8:00a.m. on Friday, February 8. The seminar will run from 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m.
Participants registered two weeks prior to the offering will be sent their seminar handbook in advance. Express handbook shipping may be available for late registrants; additional fee applies.
In addition to the seminar handbook, attendees must bring their own copy of Appraising the Appraisal: The Art of Appraisal Review. This book can be purchased at a special reduced rate of $45 ONLY when ordered at the time of placing your online registration and shipping is FREE! It is also available as an E-book!
Attendees should bring paper and pen/pencil for taking notes. Laptops and calculators are not required.
Required Text Text is not included in tuition fee unless you select the "Register+Book" option when registering online.

Education Credit Hours
Full (100%) attendance is required for education credit; partial credit not available.
Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables designated members, candidates for designation and practicing affiliates to receive 7-hours of continuing education credit.
OREA Continuing: Appraising the Appraisal has been approved by the OREA (#11754C179) for 7-hours of continuing education credit. Licensed/certified appraisers seeking OREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement.
SBE: Appraising the Appraisal has been approved for 7-hours of SBE training credit. Property tax appraisers seeking SBE CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement.

Verified attendance certificates will be returned to attendees within 15 working days of the seminar. Full (100%) attendance is required.
