Jennifer Schnell, SRA, is a Senior Review Appraiser with Lincoln Appraisal and Settlement Services. Jennifer is a Certified Residential Appraiser has been
appraising since 1996. Jennifer joined Lincoln as a staff review appraiser after having worked with Lincoln as an independent fee contractor for a number of years.
Jennifer lives and works in Rhode Island and serves as a Board Member on the Rhode Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Bill Waltenbaugh, SRA, is the Chief Appraiser at Kirchmeyer & Associates, a residential appraisal shop (with three offices in NY State) and a
national appraisal management company headquartered in Buffalo, NY. Kirchmeyer & Associates is part of the larger Kirchmeyer Group of companies that includes Real-Info
(an AVM and data company) and Valuation Vision (a hybrid valuation company). A certified appraiser with over 20 years of appraisal experience, Bill has witnessed and
experienced first hand the many changes that have significantly reshaped the appraisal landscape; from the advent of licensing to the implementation and sunset of
HVCC. Bill holds the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute and is active in both regional and national professional organizations. Bill has written several
articles published in industry-related periodicals and is a regular contributor to the Reverse Review magazine and his company newsletter Kirchmeyer Klips.
Thomas Kirchmeyer, SRA, is the co-owner and President of Kirchmeyer & Associates, a residential appraisal shop (with three offices in NY State) and
an appraisal management company headquartered in Buffalo, NY with over 100 employees. Kirchmeyer & Associates is part of the larger Kirchmeyer Group of companies that
includes Real-Info (an AVM and data company) and Valuation Vision (a hybrid valuation company). Tom holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, and has
been appraising residential property for over 25 years.
Chuck Mureddu, is the managing director of QVS. Chuck has more than 30 years of combined mortgage lending experience including appraisal
management, institutional risk, loss mitigation, and whole loan exit and securitization strategies. Chuck held senior level positions as Director of Valuation Risk and
Chief Appraiser for Net Bank, Resource Bancshares, Bfirst Residential, and Fleet Mortgage Company. Chuck also owned and operated Alden Appraisal Group, Inc. in
Newport, Rhode Island specializing in commercial and litigation appraisals, and large estate homes including Belcourt Castle of Newport. Chuck is a general associate
member of the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. He has been qualified as an expert witness for
various zoning boards, US District and US Bankruptcy Courts and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the appraisal qualifications Board (AQB) participating in the
development of the National Certified General Appraiser exam. Chuck is featured in several industry publications.

George K. Demopulos, SRA, is one of the founding partners of Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services (LASS) and Lincoln Abstract & Settlement Services
based in Providence, RI. With over 20 years in the appraisal profession, he is a Certified Residential Appraiser in 5 New England states and has extensive appraisal
experience in all aspects of appraising including: Retail, REO/Foreclosure, Complex Properties, Field and Desk Reviews, and Appraisal Compliance. Over the years George
has served as a Supervisory Appraiser for many appraiser trainees and currently oversees the LASS Nationwide Corporate Appraisal Network which manages 5,000+
Appraisers nationwide. George also oversees the LASS Corporate Appraisal Internal Review Team (CAIRT) consisting of its Chief Appraiser and over 15 full time staff
appraisers.
George began his real estate career in the late 1980's in Property Management and Real Estate Sales. He then joined Massachusetts-based Property Financial Appraisal
Services (later First American Appraisal Services) in 1991, where he rose to become one of the Regional Managers for the company. George has 100's of hours of class
experience and has attended many of the profession’s top conferences through the years.
George is an SRA-designated member of the Appraisal Institute and an RA-designated member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers. He is a board member
of the RI Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a member of The Rhode Island Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the Mortgage Bankers
Association. His articles about AMC’s and appraising have appeared in many industry publications. George graduated from George Washington University with a degree in
Economics.
