A 30-year industry veteran, Calvin Cummings got his start in Portland in the late 70’s, spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services groups, and two years with LoopNet, before starting his own company in 2002. Calvin was the founder, editor & publisher of CBRE’s National Investor Survey for eight years, and published the Appraisal Institute Commercial Database Data Standard while at LoopNet. Calvin’s greatest passion in business systemization. He has grown his company from 1 to 12 employees and past the $1 million mark in the last 4 years during the Great Recession, all because of his passion for business systemization and continuous improvement.
