This two-day seminar will acquaint participants with these needs and provide practical procedures and solutions to insure appraisal reports fulfill them. Any experienced residential or general appraiser interested in expanding their client base to include federal acquisition agencies will learn to apply the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.
