You will gain practical, hands-on, step-by-step training on how to use charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and pivot tables to support residential assignment results for market conditions; days on market, sales-to-list price ratio; adjustments for location, design, quality of construction, and other property amenities; market extraction for cost and depreciation estimates; and market extraction for market rent and gross rent multipliers.
