Enrollment Cancellation Policy:
If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via fax 404-745-0270 or email email@example.com. The group room rate is $144 (single and double occupancy) exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 13% sales tax and a $1 City of Savannah fee per night). The “cut-off-date” to make your reservations under our group name, is July 22, 2013. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be served and is included in the tuition.
To receive credit, 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early; if they are late or leave early, they will not receive credit. The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board requires 100% attendance of the classroom time. Partial credit is not awarded.
