Mr. Linné has consulted with the General Services Administration; the Senate Banking Committee and its Chairman Senator Christopher Dodd; Freddie Mac and numerous stakeholders throughout the industry. Mr. Linné serves as CEO and Chief Analytics Officer for San Diego-based ValueScape Analytics LLC.
John Cirincione, SRA, is chief appraiser | senior vice president for Collateral Analytics (CA) in Honolulu who develops real estate analytic products and tools to support financial institutions, institutional investors, retail investors, appraisers and property capital market activities. His previous work functions included various chief appraiser positions and consultancy projects involving the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in real estate.
He holds volunteer leadership positions in the industry, including representing the Appraisal Institute to the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), and is the vice chair for the MISMO property information and valuation services workgroup (PaVS). He authors the ‘Maps and Comps’ section in Appraisal Institute quarterly publication Valuation Magazine, and serves the American Real Estate Society (ARES) as Associate Editor for the Journal of Real Estate Literature, ‘Data, Methods, and Technology’ ( JREL).
Lee Kennedy, SVP, entered the collateral risk space in the mid 1980's as an appraiser before joining with the nation’s largest thrift where he collaborated with AVM developers and public record aggregators to develop automated valuation solutions and appraiser-assisted valuation productivity tools. Lee founded AVMetrics in 2005 as a spinoff of that settlement service company and has grown the business to a dominant position in the AVM model validation, testing and collateral consulting space.
Lee was a significant contributor to the publications; AVMs 101 and AVMs 201; has written numerous articles for industry journals; and several “White Papers” on AVM Cascading logic systems, scoring methodologies and platform integration strategies. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for the industry as a recognized expert in the testing and use of AVMs and an authority on current AVM regulations and guidelines.
Lee is a certified residential property appraiser in California and a Navy Veteran having served with meritorious distinction as a Nuclear Engineer aboard Fast attack submarines during the cold war.
