Insure that your work for the federal acquisition agencies meets the highest standards. Federal land acquisition programs have unique appraisal needs. This two-day seminar will acquaint participants with these needs and provide practical procedures and solutions to insure appraisal reports fulfill them. Any experienced residential or general appraiser interested in expanding their client base to include federal acquisition agencies will learn to apply the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.

Up To 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.
2 - 13 days prior to program start date, $75.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 2 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or email message. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.

The Appraisal Institute enforces attendance requirements mandated by State licensing and certification regulatory agencies.
Continue Education Credit:
Sixteen (16) hours of continuing education credits have been approved for license and appraisal certification renewal in Illinois, sixteen (16) hours of continuing education credits have been approved by Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board for Certified appraisers and to the Iowa Real Estate Commission for the Realtors, sixteen (16) hours of contining education credits have been approved by the Appraisal Institute and sixteen (16) hours of continuing education credits has been approved by the Iowa Department of Revenue for assessors.
