The Appraising Condos, Co-ops, and PUDs Course will be held at 1427 W. Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15226 (look for the REALTOR logo on the sign post about 1/2 mile south of the Liberty Tunnels. Check in anytime between 8-8:30am class begins at 8:30am. Tuition includes manual and coffee breaks..no other food included..student on their own for lunch. This course is approved for 7 hours for continuing education by PA Board of State Certifed Appraisrs
