| Sandra K. Adomatis, SRA has taught the Residential Demonstration Report Writing Seminar for the Appraisal Institute since 1993. She has taught residential courses for other organizations over the past 15 years for state licensing and continuing education classes. Sandra has been active on the Residential Demonstration Report Subcommittee since 1987 grading demonstration reports, updating guidelines and seminar materials, served as Chairperson of the committee for three years, and served on special task force committees for the Appraisal Institute.
Sandra is the Owner of Adomatis Appraisal Service in Port Charlotte, Fl. She has been appraising real estate since 1981 after two years of training under her husband Richard Adomatis, MAI. Sandra specializes in residential real estate problems and consulting. Most of her time is spent in the appraising for condemnation of residential properties, new construction appraisals and construction draws, and consulting to local investors. |
