Mr. Wiley has been principal of The Wiley Group, an appraisal firm in Nashville, Tennessee, since 1996. He received the SRA designation in 1992.
Mr. Wiley's activities as a member of the Appraisal Institute include service as a faculty member and Young Advisory Council member. He was the 1997 chapter president for the Nashville-Middle Tennessee Chapter and has served on a variety of chapter and national committees. In 2003, he received the President's Award for service to the appraisal profession.
Mr. Wiley has served as a member of the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation since 2001. He is also currently a member of the Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee.
