Overview:
Enhance and expand your current real estate practices into the new green building industry, a market projected to reach $60 billion by 2010. Improve your ability to appraise these types of properties as you learn to recognize the principles of green building and sustainability as they apply to residential construction. You will discover what makes a building "green" and how it affects the appraisal process while you hear about the market acceptance of the latest green building initiatives. Should you not be familiar with the rapidly changing technologies in this field, this seminar provides a foundation for accurate and thorough observation and reporting.
