What is qualifying education credit (QE)?

Also referred to as “pre-licensure credit” or “basic education,” qualifying education is the education mandated by your state to become a licensed or certified appraiser. This varies by state. The information below is state specific. To find information on other states, click here.

What is continuing education (CE)?

How do I submit my continuing education information to my state?When seeking CE credit in Ohio for offerings taken out-of-state, students will be required to fill out a Compliance Form (http://www.com.state.oh.us/real/documents/COM_3648_Appraisal_Continuing_Education_Form.pdf) and pay the appropriate fee.
