Ski resorts appraised include Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons, Sundance, Tamarack, Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain, Brian Head, and others. Golf communities appraised include Jeremy Ranch, Tuhaye, Promontory, Victory Ranch, and other proposed developments surrounding the expanding Jordanelle Basin east of Park City. Handles speculation land assignments with extensive experience in the rural Wasatch Back land markets under strong recreational development speculation. Clients include local and national banks, local and regional developers, resort operators, government entities, and conservation groups. Currently serves on the Statistics Committee of the Park City Board of Realtors overseeing and interpreting statistical information for the Park City real estate community.
