ABOUT THE LUM LIBRARY
The Lum Library answers reference requests on real estate appraisal topics. Whether
you need information on the valuation process, appraising special-purpose properties,
questions on methodology or additional resources, the Lum Library staff can meet
your information needs. Contact the library for literature searches, ready-reference,
referral services, and access to the online catalog.
Information Requests
Send your request for information directly to the library and the librarian will
assist with your search and your reference needs.
Database and Business Resources
Research business information databases, browse article in real estate academic
journals and trade publications, and the library's list of useful Internet sources.
Online Catalog
Search The Appraisal Journal (1932-current), Real Estate Appraiser (1935-1992),
and Valuation (1996-current).
