Trending is essentially a less mathematical form of regression analysis. It uses interpolation and extrapolation of data, usually presented on a graph, to analyze one variable's response to a change in another variable. This session will present mathematical solutions to a variety of valuation problems as well as non-mathematical solutions to the same problems using graphs.
