This session will cover different methods from around the world for valuing. Items covered will be the pros and cons of using an ad valorem system to raise local revenue, the IPTI-Pedia database project and how it works, Global Tax Management, as well as Centralized vs. De-Centralized management. Participants will also take a look at Significant Property Tax Systems from around the world.
