Robert M. White, Jr. spent 14 years in the real estate investment banking and brokerage industry and has orchestrated billions of commercial sales, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He was named one of the National Real Estate Investor Magazine's "Ten to Watch" in 2005. Mr. White is a Counselor of Real Estate and a fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute.
Ted Anglyn has worked in commercial real estate for over 26 years and has been an Appraisal Institute instructor for over 16 years. During his career, he has held many distinguished positions, the most recent being the Director of Acquisitions for a $300 million real estate fund investing in shopping centers. Mr. Anglyn has published five real estate seminars for the Appraisal Institute as well as numerous articles on complex valuation issues, three of which were converted into online education seminars.
Donald W. Damron has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977 and has been an appraiser since 1980. He is an Executive Vice President and Chief Appraiser for Capital One Bank. He currently holds the National Director position for Real Estate Technical Services (RETECHS), the group internal to Capital One Bank that is responsible for all of the Bank's Appraisal and Evaluation due diligence, as well as Environmental Risk Management.
