Terrence L. Love, MAI, Ph.D., is chairman of Land Development Analysts, an appraisal, market research, and land planning firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also president of First Land Collaborative, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm. In addition to his work as an appraiser, development analyst, urban planner, and designer, Mr. Love has been a university instructor, expert witness, and author.
