Robert E. Bainbridge MAI, SRA, is Director of Property Tax Services for C-Store Valuations, a firm that specializes in providing expert witness testimony on litigation and valuation issues to the convenience store industry. He is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers and the National Association of Convenience Stores. Bainbridge holds a BBA in real estate with specialized studies in regional and urban economics and has taught college courses in real estate appraising. He is a past contributor to the The Appraisal Journal.
