Appraisal Institute Seeks Presentation Proposals for 2018 Annual Conference

CHICAGO (Nov. 17, 2017) – The Appraisal Institute, the nation’s largest professional association of real estate appraisers, is accepting proposals by Dec. 1 ­– just two weeks away –for presentations at the organization’s 2018 Annual Conference, July 30-Aug. 1, at the JW Marriott in Nashville, Tennessee.

The conference theme is “Setting the Stage for Success” and attendees of previous AI Annual Conferences said they were particularly interested in these topics:

  • Business best practices
  • New technology and resources
  • Sustainability in real estate
  • Capital markets issues
  • Market analysis
  • International valuation
  • Property rights issues
  • Litigation support
  • Residential issues and practices.
