The Student Handbook to the Appraisal of Real Estate

Uniquely adaptable for classroom use, this practical guide complements the latest edition of the Appraisal Institute textbook, The Appraisal of Real Estate, highlighting important valuation principles and procedures and providing supplementary examples and exercises.  The handbook can be used to support a semester valuation class. Suggested solutions to the exercises are provided for classroom discussion or further study. Used with the textbook, this student handbook provides a solid foundation for understanding the appraisal profession and preparing for the state licensing examination.Each chapter of the Student Handbook ends with a set of review exercises that readers can work through to test the knowledge they have acquired.
