2024-2025 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course

THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM WHICH REQUIRES

Internet Access, Computer with Webcam/Camera, Microphone and Speakers

PHOTO ID REQUIRED: Students will need to send a photo ID, such as a driver license to tina@ainevada.org or tina@aiwim.org after registering.  We will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the class. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if we do not have a photo to verify your identification with.

IMPORTANT: Our instructor must be able to see/hear you and you must be able to see/hear the instructor. Video must remain on throughout the entire class. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructor interaction through video/audio and the chat function. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if you do not have video/audio capabilities to see/hear the instructor/allow the instructor to see/hear you.

Zoom link will be sent within 24 hours prior to class.

STUDENT MATERIAL:

The required 2024 USPAP Manual is not included in the tuition price or provided by the Washington Idaho Montana Chapter.  Students may purchase a digital or print version from The Appraisal Foundation store. See the links below to purchase copies:

-        USPAP print version:  USPAP Print Edition 

The 1) Student Manual, 2) USPAP Guidance, and 3) Reference Manual are automatically provided to all enrolled students via a download option. Please have your computer/reader available with the downloaded material or have a printed copy of the material with you. If you would like to receive a printed copy of the referenced materials, you will have an option during the registration process to order a set. **Students requesting printed material will be charged a material fee plus shipping in addition to the course tuition. (Note that if you do not receive the material shipment in time for the class, please download or print a copy of the material from the Education and Events section of your AI account portal.)
