      Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) provides water, wastewater, and related services on a wholesale basis to communities across Denton and Collin counties - one of the fastest growing regions in Texas.  To keep pace with this growth and ensure a reliable water supply for generations to come, UTRWD is developing new water sources and expanding system capacity across the region.
