    • Utilities, energy availability, and supportive co-building events that occur
    • Proximity to energy sources and internet infrastructure
    • Workforce availability and regional labor dynamics for building and for operation
    • Zoning, permitting, security, and environmental considerations
    • Economic impacts surrounding developments
    • Planning building elements for future technology advancements

      Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) provides water, wastewater, and related services on a wholesale basis to communities across Denton and Collin counties - one of the fastest growing regions in Texas.  To keep pace with this growth and ensure a reliable water supply for generations to come, UTRWD is developing new water sources and expanding system capacity across the region.
