    This program is intended to make attendees aware of current economic and real estate trends, expand their knowledge of real estate tax issues, and provide the opportunity to network with colleagues.The program starts with Massachusetts economic and budget projections followed by Greater Boston life science, office, and retail market overviews. The morning will also include the discussion of real estate trends involving the growing single-family rental housing industry and the status of construction material and labor costs. Following the afternoon luncheon, the program will focus on the adverse impact of rising mortgage interest rates on property values, real estate tax assessments, and municipal budgets. The afternoon program will also explain TIF agreements, CPA charges, and BID districts. The event will finally conclude with a networking cocktail reception.
