Leveraging RE Colorado for Market Trends Analysis

This course will explore the power of in-depth and current market intelligence through a variety of preset statistics as well as statistics customized via user defined parameters. 

Students will learn the countless metrics they can generate from InfoSparks and how to share them via multiple modalities. Students will learn to generate prepopulated reports via FastStats. Students will learn how to generate statistics from MLS data in Matrix as well as public records information found within Realist. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to generate preset reports as well as customize reports that meet their specific data needs. They will learn how to save and manage statistics to efficiently access them when needed. Class content is presented with lecture and instructional design materials. Each student follows the instructor on individual workstations for hands-on learning.
