Course Description
This course will explore the power of in-depth and current market intelligence through a variety of preset statistics as well as statistics customized via user defined parameters.
Students will learn the countless metrics they can generate from InfoSparks and how to share them via multiple modalities. Students will learn to generate prepopulated reports via FastStats. Students will learn how to generate statistics from MLS data in Matrix as well as public records information found within Realist. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to generate preset reports as well as customize reports that meet their specific data needs. They will learn how to save and manage statistics to efficiently access them when needed. Class content is presented with lecture and instructional design materials. Each student follows the instructor on individual workstations for hands-on learning.

Course Objectives
1. Generate sharable statistical charts with countless housing variables via InfoSparks
2. Locate and generate prepopulated statistics for REcolorado via FastStats
3. Generate a variety of preset statistical reports from Matrix
4. Customize statistical reports in Matrix via user selected criteria
5. Customize style options for each statistical report generated in Matrix
6. Save customized statistics
7. Access saved statistics via My Preset Stats and My Stats Widget
8. Generate market trends reporting via the public records database Realist.

Full Attendance is required to receive credit for the class.
Class will be followed by a happy hour at IC Brewhouse. Registering for the class will get you 1 (one) free drink at the IC Brewhouse. If you are unable to attend the class, you can register for the social separately HERE. Social will be held from 5-7pm at IC Brewhouse located at 6460 S. Syracuse Way, Centennial, CO 80111. Food and additional drinks can be purchased separately.
Parking and Building Access for Class: Park in the lots on the North or South side of the building. Access the building from the Main entrance on the West side. Visitor parking on the West side of the building is limited to two hours. While this class is scheduled for two hours you can expect to be at our location for a bit longer and we do not want you to risk getting towed or issued a ticket.
