    Addressing the Changing Real Estate Landscape in Iowa


    This class will get Appraisers and Real Estate Professionals up to speed on market changes within Iowa. We will discuss Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and Land.  We will also discuss laws and rule changes, the Sitzer/Burnett court case, the NAR settles and how it will impact Real Estate professionals and MLS data. 

    By the end of this course, appraisers will have a better understanding of all of the changes occurring in real estate within Iowa, and be armed to adapt their own practice methods to the changing real estate landscape.
