Ron Evans & Stephanie Evans    Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree from VCU's School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development. In 1997, he became a licensed full-time residential agent and was recognized as Rookie of the Year by Long & Foster. He has been consistently recognized as one of their TOP 25 Agents.  Stephanie became a licensed agent in December, 2017. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Stephanie co-owned a successful Staging company. She has assisted hundreds of clients prepare their homes to market and has unique pre-sell strategies and techniques that yield quick results. She has also worked in some of Richmond’s largest law firms in which her attention to detail is unmatched. She has enjoyed a successful transition into becoming a Realtor with Long & Foster.  Their "client first" philosophy is the hallmark of their business. By providing in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, marketing strategies, and a network of high-quality professionals yield results for their clients.

Matt Hamilton    As a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in buyers and sellers, along with tenant representation, Matt’s focus is on assisting national and local office, medical and flex users to find the optimal space to suit their commercial real estate needs Given his development experience, Matt has a strong focus in land redevelopment sales, along with assisting multiple medical and national clients with their build-to-suit opportunities. His current clients include office, industrial and medical professionals seeking efficient space to lease or purchase. Matt also partners with investors and sellers on their on and off-market investment sale opportunities, as well as major nonprofit organizations looking to grow or consolidate multiple locations.  His commercial real estate career began in 2005 with the sale and lease of a 110,000 SF office, condo and warehouse flex development. Prior to joining CBRE, Matt obtained his broker’s license in 2008, and began working for Colliers International Richmond in 2011.

Dave McCormack        Waukeshaw was founded by Dave McCormack in 2006. In his previous lives, Dave was a professional musician and writer. He brings a creative approach and big picture vision to development, finding opportunity in unexpected places and creatively working with municipalities, state agencies, lenders, and other partners to make seemingly undoable deals come to life. His organization is comprised of a talented team of individuals from diverse backgrounds, all of whom share a passion for the transformative work they do.  Headquartered in Petersburg, Virginia, Waukeshaw isn’t your typical real estate development company. With roots in adaptive reuse and a focus on oft-overlooked locales, they seek out game-changing projects that drive economic revitalization and bring positive change to communities.  Waukeshaw was a first-mover in the Tri-Cities area of Virginia, in 2006 breaking ground on the first market-rate multi-family project in Petersburg, VA — a town in which traditional developers saw no potential. A combination of conventional bank financing and state and federal historic tax credits brought the $26M project to life, yielding 220 apartments in what is now known as the Mayton Transfer Lofts. The success of that project opened the doors to further development, and Petersburg now boasts more than 1,200 new residential units downtown.

Scott Schelor     Most of Scott’s career has been in the mortgage business – over 20 years. After receiving his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech, he started with a local bank. He then obtained his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance.  After several years, and a few transitions, he joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.
