Real Estate Supply and Demand Forecasts
• Property types are facing disparate economic and capital market factors which will impact supply and demand for the next couple of years. Dags and David will present an analysis of the national economic and capital market environment with a focus on those factors driving real estate supply and demand across various property sectors and will drill into the current forecasts which will affect valuation in Connecticut.

Transit Oriented Development – Valuation Impact
• Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a design and development process that promotes density of development accessible to integrated transportation networks. Research shows an increasing preference to live work and play in denser developments easily accessible to mass transportation. Professor Cohen will identify the demand factors and review the valuation impact of some of the TOD projects in Connecticut.
