Program Hours
Onsite check-in, modified continental breakfast and networking will begin at 8:00am (Pacific Time) on Friday, November 15. "Live / in-person" Instruction will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Pacific Time). Boxed lunches and beverages throughout the day will be provided.

Program Materials

Required Equipment
While not required, some registrants may find a viewing device (ipad, phone, or laptop) helpful during instruction. Note: Electrical outlets are extremely limited; students will need to bring their own extension cords / power strips.
Dress in Layers
We recommend that you dress in layers as meeting room temperatures are often difficult to control. As part of the seminar, attendees will be taking a vineyard or winery tour. Therefore, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses and/or sunscreen may be advised.
Education Credit Hours and Attendance Verifications
Those who check-in late, leave early or are not in attendance during non-scheduled breaks may jeopardize receipt of credit. Partial credit is not available.
Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 35 AI CEC points.
BREA Continuing: Vineyard Valuation 2024 is being submitted for 7-hours of BREA CEC. Licensed/certified appraisers seeking BREA CEC must meet the 100% attendance requirement.
BREA Basic/Qualifying: Vineyard Valuation 2024 is not approved for BREA qualifying education (QE) credit.
State Board of Equalization: Vineyard Valuation 2024 is being submitted for 7-hours of SBE Training Credit pre-approval for assessors; 100% attendance required.
- If you are seeking credit for this offering from a state outside of California, check with your state licensing board(s) to make sure an out-of-state offering will be accepted before registering. Acceptance of out-of-state providers cannot be guaranteed. It is best to speak directly with a representative from your board rather than relying on information posted to the web. Some states may have special pre-approval or reporting requirements that the chapter is not able to comply with. Use caution in relying on website approvals as they may not be up-to-date. Cancellations
Written cancellations received by Friday, November 1 are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that time but prior to noon on Friday, November 8 are subject to a $55 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations received after November 8 or for program "no shows". Cancellations can be emailed to lisa@norcal-ai.org.
We reserve the right to substitute instructors, or to cancel or modify this program (adjust hours or location) if sufficient registrations are not received by Friday, October 31 or at any time due to other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, tuition fees will be refunded. All other costs incurred are the registrant’s responsibility. Those requiring out-of-town travel arrangements should exercise caution in booking non-refundable tickets/reservations.
