Responsibilities: 1) Thoroughly develop all components of an online course or seminar including online content, learning activities, instructor notes, quiz questions, Excel documents (when relevant), and exam (when relevant) according to specifications and AI guidelines. 2) Meet deadlines. 3) Respond to development team/editor queries.

Quiz Question Writers
Qualifications: Appraisal Institute professionals only. Must have specific content knowledge and experience with the topic you are reviewing. Professional qualifications, practical experience, and teaching experience will be considered. Qualified individuals will be required to submit sample quiz questions for evaluation.
Responsibilities: Draft multiple-choice questions for educational programs. Questions help students practice concepts they are learning. Questions includes distractors and feedback.
