Appraisers Expect Shift in Hospitality Market: Valuation Magazine

CHICAGO (July 2, 2019) – The nation’s hospitality sector has enjoyed a decade-long hot streak, but is a correction on the way? Appraisers discuss what’s happening in this challenging market in Valuation magazine’s second quarter 2019 issue.

Valuation magazine is a quarterly publication of the Appraisal Institute, the nation’s largest professional association of real estate appraisers.

The newest issue’s cover story, “Here to Stay?”, discusses the hospitality sector’s near-record growth and reports on how long the good times are expected to last, what a potential downturn could look like and what trends are influencing the market.
