Course Description
This required 7-hour continuing education course, copyrighted by The Appraisal Foundation, focuses on USPAP requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers. The course will help you gain competency in USPAP, and it will help those subject to state licensing or certification and continuing education requirements imposed by professional organizations, client groups, or employers gain competency as well.

ZOOM Course Schedule: Friday, JULY 10, 2026
Sign-In: 8:15 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST
Class Instruction: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST with one hour lunch break
Virtual Presentation: Through ZOOM
ZOOM Participation Guidelines: Students will be required to download Zoom to a laptop, handheld device or phone that has a camera feature, so that the instructor can see and interact with the student for the duration of the program. The platform will be live and interactive. Students will be required to provide a copy of their photo identification, i.e. driver’s license, to the Chapter office no later than 4:00 pm on JULY 8, 2026 via email. Only those students who provide the photo identification and “attend” the program in its entirety will receive a certificate of completion.
